My Objectives
Is to make people feel great about themselves by helping them achieve there goals. Whatever those goals might be such as weight loss, muscle gain, improved sports performance and so much more. |
A Bit About Myself
I have been doing Muay Thai kickboxing at the Boonchu Gym for the last seven years and competing for the last two. I have an amateur Muay Thai record of three fights, one win two losses and continue to compete. I also regularly do weights and ploymetrics as part of my conditioning program for Muay Thai kickboxing. I have also studied street fighting for two years and Tao Kwon Do for four years. I am well versed in martial arts. I have also played various sports such as squash and rowed surf boats. I have a bronze medallion and was a volunteer lifesaving. I have a talent for getting the best out of people and facilitating them to reach their goals. |
