A Bit About Myself
I have been involved in the martial arts industry since I was 12 years old, which included all aspects of fitness from strength & conditioning training, muscle building, plyometrics, agility training to competition nutrition.
I have trained in several different styles of martial arts from Judo, which I competed at a State & National level, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Karate, Kickboxing, Brazillian Ju-Jitsu & MMA.
I love helping people reach their goals and strive to do my very best to get results which always gives my clients a new lease on life. I studied my Cert IV fitness at Human Performance Center at Miami, Gold Coast. I was taught by owner/director, Greg Tottenham, a former Australian body building champ and track & sprinting pro. I have been operating my personal training business since early 2009 & have many extremely satisfied clients.
