A Bit About Myself
I have been strength training for over 12 years and have been involved in the fitness industry for 3 years.
I have been involved and played many sports such as Rugby (schoolboy), Martial Arts (6 yrs), Touch footy and Golf.
Being involved with sport I felt my next step would to be to teach and train people and that’s when I became involved with the fitness industry.
As a Personal trainer I have helped many people achieve their goals.
Having a personally tailored routine and set training program is one the best ways to achieve maximum results in the shortest amount of time.
I believe strength training is a great way to distress, lose weight and tone up and should be part of every person’s lifestyle. |
